"Carol's Daughter's products, all the way. Since my curls get crushed when I sleep, here's my routine:
1. Wet, condition, and comb through hair while in the shower with Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Conditioner. I lightly rinse out the conditioner, leaving some in my hair.
2. Lightly pat hair so it's not dripping wet. Grab your phone and check the weather to determine what styling product to use. Rainy/humid means you need a heavy product to prevent frizz, while a hot dry day you need a lighter product so you don't feel like you're being drowned in your hair.
3. Turn head upside down with a quarter-sized amount of product. Scrunch it in. Once your hands are mostly free of product, really get at the roots to make sure they don't stick down.
