She's starred in campaigns for Lane Bryant and SwimsuitsforAll, designed lingerie with Addition Elle, walked the runway at New York Fashion Week's first plus-size show, and even given an incredibly inspirational TED Talk.
And now, she can add Sports Illustrated swimsuit model to her checklist.
This morning, Graham was revealed to be the magazine's second "rookie" for 2016.
Graham received significant attention last year for her steamy SwimsuitsforAll ad, which appeared in the 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
Robyn Lawley, technically considered a plus-size model, was photographed for the 2015 issue; however, while "plus-size" starts at a size 8 in the modeling industry, the plus-size market for most women starts at a size 14.
